We work with children and adults living with disability, including developmental delay, autism, ADHD, Down syndrome and cerebral palsy. For younger clients that often means fine motor skills, sensory regulation, attention and confidence, alongside practical coaching for the parents and carers who support them every day. For adults it more often means functional capacity assessments, assistive technology, housing and home modification recommendations, community access and the daily living skills that make a plan actually work. Mental health sits across both, with support for stress and emotion management, coping strategies, structuring the day and re-engaging with activity that feels meaningful.

We also support older Australians who want to stay safe and confident in their own home, through falls prevention, home modifications, equipment, driving assessments, hospital discharge planning and simple changes to daily routines that make a real difference. And we work with people rebuilding after injury, illness or a transport accident, including stroke recovery, post-surgical rehabilitation and return to work planning, coordinating with insurers and treating teams so the pieces of your recovery move together rather than separately.
