Exercise Physiology

Exercise Physiologists specialise in chronic disease management through targeted exercise interventions, optimising strength and function to help individuals maximise their health, well-being and quality of life.

Pro-Active’s exercise physiologists (EPs) assess and manage people living with a broad range of health conditions, injuries or disabilities to help improve their physical function and independence. Our EPs use their skills and knowledge of the science and physiology behind movement to help people develop individualised rehabilitation programs aimed at achieving their goals.

At Pro-Active we believe the benefits of exercise are long lasting and our EPs are experts at providing the required education, advice and support to help you achieve a sustainable and healthy lifestyle. Our practitioners work with people of all ages, ability levels and medical histories to provide tailored programs to meet their needs.

We highly value our team and ensure that every practitioner is supported in their development to excel in their field. Our practitioners work collaboratively with each other and other allied health disciplines, sharing knowledge and experience to maximise outcomes for our clients.
