Exercise Physiology

Exercise Physiologists specialise in chronic disease management through tailored movement programs that restore strength, build function and support people to live with greater health, confidence, independence and quality of life.

Our Exercise Physiologists (EPs) assess and manage a wide range of health conditions, injuries and disabilities to help people regain function and independence through movement. They draw on their deep understanding of exercise science and physiology to create rehabilitation programs tailored to individual goals and needs.

Whether supporting recovery after injury, managing chronic illness or improving mobility and strength, our EPs are experts in providing education, practical strategies and ongoing motivation. They work with people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities to encourage a sustainable, active lifestyle.

We believe exercise should be empowering, not overwhelming, and that the best outcomes happen when care is personalised. Our EPs collaborate with each other and across disciplines to ensure clients benefit from the full strength of our allied health team.

We invest in our people. Our practitioners are supported to grow professionally and deliver the highest standard of care. This means every client benefits from the expertise of a team that’s passionate, experienced and committed to long-term success.
